OEE and production dashboards, live.

See availability, performance and quality for every line as it happens, without anyone typing numbers into Excel at the end of a shift.

Sound familiar?

  • Production reports are built by hand in Excel, a day late
  • Machines stop, but nobody can say why or for how long
  • The numbers in the report don't match the numbers on the floor
  • Each line or plant measures OEE a different way

What we build

Live OEE dashboards

Availability, performance and quality per machine, line and shift, updated in real time.

Machine data collection

Connect PLCs, sensors and IoT gateways, or capture data from operators on a tablet where machines can't be connected.

Downtime and loss tracking

Record every stop with a reason, so you can see the biggest losses and fix them first.

Reports that match reality

Automatic daily and monthly reports, reconciled against your source data, exported to Excel or PDF when you need them.

Integration with your systems

Pull orders and targets from your ERP or MES, and push results back.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Visit the floor

We walk the line with you and map what to measure and where the data comes from.

  2. 02

    Agree the OEE rules

Planned stops, ideal cycle times and reject definitions, written down once for every line.

  3. 03

    Connect and pilot

Start with one line, compare against your current reports, and fix gaps.

  4. 04

    Roll out and support

Extend to more lines and plants, with monitoring and support after go-live.

Questions factories ask

  • Our machines are old. Can we still track OEE?

    +

Yes. Older machines can often be read with add-on sensors or an IoT gateway. Where that isn't practical, operators can log stops and counts on a tablet, and we can automate more later.

  • Can it work with our ERP or MES?

    +

Usually, yes. We connect through the system's API or database, or through file exports if that's all that's available.

  • Do we have to do every line at once?

    +

No. We recommend piloting on one line first, proving the numbers, and then rolling out.

Let's see your line.

Tell us about your machines and how you report today. We'll suggest where to start.
